VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Proof of Rabies and DHPP (Distemper/Parvo) vaccinations are required.  In addition, proof of Bordetella (Kennel Cough) is required for boarding and daycare.  Please bring documentation with you on your 1st grooming appointment. 

 

GROOMING APPOINTMENT LENGTH

Please allow 1-3 hours per appointment. Small dogs and cats typically take 1-1.5 hours and large dogs are closer to 2-3 hours for full grooms. Please keep this in mind in scheduling your appointments.

 

DROP-OFFS

We ask that clients please be sure their pet has been pottied before their appointment to avoid accidents during their visit and to ensure their pet is comfortable during their session. We only schedule 1 appointment at a time, please be on time for your appointment, unless prior arrangements are discussed with me. Late arrivals may be required to reschedule. If you are running late, please text/call.

 

PICK-UPS

Because we strive to keep your pets kenneled as little as possible to make their stay stress free and happy, we ask that you pick-up your pets promptly after being notified of their completed groom. Pets will not be allowed to stay all day long, unless prior arrangements are discussed with me. Late pick-ups may be subject to a fee.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS

If you need to reschedule your grooming appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to fill your time slot. If you cancel your appointment last minute or do not show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled grooming service will be charged. This charge will need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. After 2 no-shows or last minute cancellations, pre-payment will be required.

On rare occasions, Pampered Pets may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact you in advance and to reschedule your appointment ASAP.

FLEA & TICK

All dogs and cats should have current flea and tick preventative as recommended by their veterinarian. When fleas or ticks are found on your pet, Pampered Pets must sanitize our whole facility.
